Words cannot do justice to this place - phenomenal, a labour of love, a feast for the senses - you have to see it for yourself! This beautifully hand-crafted wooden cabin is a sanctuary for the soul, a chance to stop and take pleasure from the small things in life while immersed in lush, natural surroundings. The attention to detail in the cabin design is astounding and the addition of treats such as bananas from the garden, a hand grinder for the coffee beans, and an exhilarating outdoor solar shower exceeded all expectations - even the composting toilet smelt sweet! Our boys loved running about the expansive tropical gardens with Robbie's son and the family's warmth and generosity of spirit radiated through the place. Suffice to say, from the first few moments after arrival I knew I had not booked enough nights. There are loads of things to do in Storms River if you want to, but we actually scaled back our plans so we had more time to just sit and enjoy being at the cabin. I urge anyone considering this place to book and experience this delightful rustic retreat.

The property is excellently located nearly the hub of the town without being on the populated and well travelled roads in the town. The property is quiet and peaceful as well as surrounded by greenery. The property was clean and had all the essentials required for our stay (including a braai area). It is self-catering but there are a few well-priced quality restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Perfect for a couples' visit to the town!

The place was so cosy, it was nice to have the heating on in the winter. The kitchen was surely fully equiped. We really enjoyed staying here. Location was good too.

Great communication. Keys were collected from the Canopy Tours office. Very friendly team and Peter was a delight. The house is large and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, great lounge/dining area. Wood supplied for the braai and indoor fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed and then more! It was a delight to have the washing machine and tumble drier - especially after being on the road for a week! Peter made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive and helpful! The monkeys even came to greet us!
