The veranda with couches were so comfortable because we could watch our kids while they swim. The beautiful green lawns made it safe for everyone to move around. Everything was super neat and practical. The quiet surroundings and views were awesome.

We loved the beautiful home, both the indoor facilities as well as the lovely outdoor spaces. All conveniences one needs for a comfortable stay was available and of course it was so easy to get to the Saturday market as it was just one block away.

Greyton Toad Hall Guesthouse - individual rooms is set in Greyton and has a saltwater pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Loved everything...very comfortable clean rooms. Loved the garden, braai area and swimming pool. Child friendly. Very friendly welcome from the owner. Within walking distance of the restaurants and coffee shops. Can't wait to visit during the summer.

We overnighted in Swellendam and were delighted to be able to stay in the oldest house in the town. A beautiful room with wide yellowwood floors and ceiling. Not often you get to stay in a place that is 200 plus years in South Africa. Lizette gave us a tour of this special house and provided rusks and a flask of hot water for coffee during load shedding, and some anti mosquito spray. Small touches that made us feel very welcome.
