We were lucky to get a last minute booking here and we couldn’t fault our one night stay. From our arrival at the reception, the porter Sunshine’s friendly helpful service taking us to our beautiful accommodation, the plentiful supply of logs for the fire in our room, wonderful bath and toiletries and the delicious food both at dinner and breakfast the next day. The coffee at breakfast was the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a long time. The only disappointment was that due to load shedding we couldn’t use the spa facilities during our afternoon but I had a wonderful time using the pool , sauna etc the next day before walking back through the beautiful gardens before sadly having to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is unbeatable, walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants yet still the apartment and area is very quiet at night. The hosts, Marlize and Andre, were super friendly and went out of their way to give restaurant recommendations, day excursions etc and to make us feel at home. The apartment has all that you need for both a short and longterm stay, with parking right in front of the unit. We had a really lovely stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

Nicely furnished bright apartment in a beautiful complex, just a few steps from the Knysna waterfront. Great for self catering in the well equipped kitchen - but also plenty of great restaurants around. We travelled with a baby and received a cot and some toys - really appreciated

The property is a self-catering home and breakfast does not apply. The home itself as well as the location is exceptional. The property is spacious and the decor is beautiful. It has all the amenities one would expect in a modern home, such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as smeg appliances and hairdryers throughout. The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are clean. The common areas such as kitchen, lounge and dining room is spacious and large. The surrounding garden is beautiful.

Kay and Patrick were amazing hosts the place is wonderful we've been in many self catering places, and this one is definitely one of the best. A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, a mega big TV😁, quiet and safe. Close to town. And pet friendly, our dog enjoyed it too, the owners beautiful and lovely dogs played with him a few times during our stay.

We were on self catering but she provided accesories ull need at the kitchen with wide of spices and plenty of variety for coffee station. She went an extra mile in providing twin plugs, USB ports to recharge and battery operated lamps. Comfortable space to chill outside and enough to keep children busy ESP during load shedding . We enjoyed the evening walk around the beautiful complex
