Spacious rooms, two full bathrooms upstairs (one inside each bedroom), and a half bathroom downstairs by the living room. Three TVs—one in each room—a washer and dryer with laundry supplies provided, and a fantastic full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. It’s a very comfortable two-story house. I stayed there by myself, and it was such a fantastic experience!

The kitchen was surprisingly complete with a good set of cookware and appliances. The same can be said for the gym. Where most hotel gyms just have some cardio devices and a couple of dumbbells. This gym also included a fairly complex cable machine that (took a minute to figure out/set up) allowed for a nice variety of exercises like rows, leg press, leg extension, lat pulldowns etc

This was a brilliant place. I particularly liked the fact that the room had a full kitchen with an oven not just a microwave. I like to prepare my own meals and so this suited me perfectly. There was a lounge area with a full size sofa and a desk where I could use my laptop. It was more like a suite but at a price that you would pay for a regular room. I wish I could have stayed for longer and would definitely stay here again if I am in Phoenix.

I like the location. It was close to Mill Ave in Tempe, walking distance to ASU and many Restaurants The host was very communicative and helpful. It has a small but fully functional kitchen with a 2 burner stove and microwave. Small TV for the space but it was a decent quality 1080p HD TV. The unit was a lot larger than I expected for the price
