The apartment is beautiful. I come every year and this is the nicest place I've stayed in. The location is also excellent. Sunset beach club picks up and drops off. The old town isn't far and the local bars and restaurants are great and excellent value for money as well. The owner Dilek is lovely and checked in with me a few times during the stay to make sure I was OK and to see if I needed anything. Could not be happier, and can't wait to return.

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

The staff were great to help with everything during the stay including trip booking and airport transfer. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was basic but enough for use. I really liked this place and I would recommend it to my friends. In my apartment there was a kitchenette, salon with 2 sofas and TV and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. The airconditioning was working well in the heating mode - I was in January, so the temperature at night was aroung 7 C. The area is quiet, no loud restaurants around, so for me it was perfect. Wifi was working well, the receptionist was always very helpful and helped orginising transfer for me.
