Perfect location, right by the lake which was perfect for fishing, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rättvik and also close for Dalhalla which we also went to! And the home itself was beautiful, lovely and quiet and so cosy. Margetha is the best host we've had anywhere, she is so kind and there for anything you need. Absolutely lovely accommodation, home from home with everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’d ever slept in. Lovely patio area outside and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. only I couldn’t find was a hairdryer. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and even left us scones with Jam and cream plus some milk for our arrival. We loved everything about it .

Just 200 metres from Rättviksbacken Ski Resort, these cottages are peacefully situated, 3 minutes’ drive from central Rättvik. Each provides free Wi-Fi and a patio with views over Lake Siljan.

The location was close to many different things to do in Dalarna! The beds were super comfortable - just the right firmness!

The kitchen was well equipped. The surroundings were beautiful, right next to the lake. Also, we wish we could have used the outdoor seating but sadly it was raining. The rooms were nice and large.
