Very clean, tidy, and well equipped and maintained. It is located in a quiet beautiful location, with great privacy. The property is easily reachable by car from Funchal and it is perfectly located from many attractions. The property is run by Aqua Natura Bay hotel, which is a short distance from the property, if you need to have breakfast or any other meal. The staff were very helpful, approachable and friendly. Porto Moniz itself is quite a lovely, charming town with and most locals we interacted with were warm and friendly.

Amazing! Easy communication, self check-in a few days ahead. The keys were where they were supposed to be, the room was super easy to find. Our appartment had more than we expected, comfy to cook a dinner which we eat at the terrace with a mountain view. The bed was super comfortable. We got to do laundry at the facility which was a huge benefit to us after a few days of hiking in the central Madeira. Thank you for a nice stay!!!

We were lucky.. room no. 001 is absolutely stunning, with own kitchenette, two large beds and georgious terraces. Very nicely decorated and clean with free coffee and tee. The staff at the reception was super nice. There is a possibility of visiting partner swimming pools and restaurants near by. Very pleasant stay.

It is a very nice house. A huge living room in the lower floor with a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room. 2 bedrooms in the upper floor with 2 bathrooms. On each floor a big balcony with sea view. Mr. Joao was very nice. We got a lot of presents: wine, fruits, sweets and entry tickets.

The owner Celina is a very nice woman. She helped us a lot. She even shared with us a very tasty cake. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen in a separate building. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Private parking is a big plus. The garden near the house is beautiful. WiFi worked well.
