Amazing place which I cannot recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff, very comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast is just perfect. Great value for money overall! There's even a big parking under the building with more than enough parking spots, if you are traveling by car.

The house is divided into two apartments, we stayed in the lower one (Doca Seca). The apartment was super new, some things were still originally packed. There is a small garden with covered terrace and you have a private parking inside the gate right next to the house. Even though it’s a separat house it is part of the Aqua Natura Bay hotel, and we could use all the hotel facilities for free. We arrived early and stored our luggage at the hotel and they brought it to the house once it was ready. The apartment is very modern and stylish. The kitchen is completely new, with stove, oven and dishwasher. The living room has a very comfortable couch with a big tv. There are two bathrooms in the house. One is accessible also from the terrace and the other is en-suite in the bedroom. The showers were very big and new, both with rain showers. The bed was big and comfortable with a view on the garden through the window-doors. There is a small room next to the entrance with a washing machine, hanger and ironing board. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel gives free passes to the natural pools of Porto Monitz, which we had also on check-out day. We also used the hotel indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Even though it’s a separat house it is part of the Aqua Natura Bay hotel, and we could use all the hotel facilities for free. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel gives free passes to the natural pools of Porto Monitz, which we had also on check-out day. We were lucky.. room no. 001 is absolutely stunning, with own kitchenette, two large beds and georgious terraces. Very nicely decorated and clean with free coffee and tee. The staff at the reception was super nice. There is a possibility of visiting partner swimming pools and restaurants near by. Very pleasant stay.

It is a very nice house. A huge living room in the lower floor with a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room. 2 bedrooms in the upper floor with 2 bathrooms. On each floor a big balcony with sea view. Mr. Joao was very nice. We got a lot of presents: wine, fruits, sweets and entry tickets.

The owner Celina is a very nice woman. She helped us a lot. She even shared with us a very tasty cake. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen in a separate building. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Private parking is a big plus. The garden near the house is beautiful. WiFi worked well.
