Beautifully restored old chapel on top of a hill overlooking surrounding fields. Very cosy, modern and well equipped perfect for a family stay. Very comfortable beds and high pressure shower. Relaxing outdoors, and stunning night sky view 'perfect spot to watch summer meteor showers. Rui was the perfect host, very attentive and responsive. 5 min drive to the village and yet extremely quiet area.Highly recomend, will come back for sure.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Brotas, Casas De Romaria is a villa surrounded by views of the quiet street.

Very true Alentejo house, very tidy and clean, extremely quiet, absolutely no noise at all, felt like I was far away from mankind, loved it. Only the church bell now and then in the morning ( not through the night) with its lovely sound. Will return, absolutely loved everything in this property. and the owner could not be more friendly and accommodating. Absolutely exceptional !!!!

Breakfast was very impressive with all choices needed. The surroundings were beautiful countryside fields and gave lots of opportunities for enjoying the pastures. Room and bed supercomnfortable, very quiet and secluded place. I will definitely return!

This is a very clean and well equipped house with a lovely balcony. We stayed for 3 days and had a great time. The locals are friendly and Manuel (who owned the shop next door) was particularly helpful. Both he and the host speak English and were very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay x
