The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

Apartments are huge and well equipped, high ceilings add to it. Staff is helpfull and great source of information. location is perfect not to be in noisy part but walkable distance to center. Great and healthy breakfast, might bore you a little bit if you stay for a longer period since it doesn't change though.

Our studio was clean and beautifully decorated. The place is well situated and is on a quieter street than the surrounding ones. All in all I would highly recommend staying here and if we were to come again to Lisbon I would book here again without hesitation.

Excelente new experience. The boat we stayed is in perfect condition. It has everything to make the accommodation more enjoyable. Two separate rooms. Nice ans spacious living room with kitchen. All very clean. Kind staff. We took the option to but breakfast which was fresh and with good quality products it's close to bus 728 which will take you to the city center.
