I hiked from Caniçal to Faial and this appartment was in the perfect place for the night. It has a washing machine, nice cooking area, a small terrace and a rain shower. All you need after an exhausting day. Also the owners are very supportive and the location is quiet.

Nice apartment with everything you need for one night stay. Owner was very nice, told us about the area, pick us up from the airport and drived us to Ponta Sao Lourenco and back. He also helped us with the hiking trails. Very helpful.

Beautiful location on the island of Madeira. If you want to get away from the city and experience a small village mountain town this is the perfect location. They had a great kitchen, staff provided fresh towels and emptied our trash every day. The fireplace kept us warm in the winter and you are walking distance to the town to try Bola de Cacao. We visited the Farmers Market and they had a small grocery store for items. You will need a car, while the bus does arrive there, you will find it easier to get around the island with a rental. We were greeted by staff and she was able to show us all the features of the apartment. It really does feel like paradise with the mountains, clouds and rainforest like experience.

Great place to live in Madeira, everything needed for a long or short stay, a calm area, a friendly English-speaking host, easy check-in, a very nice kitchen with all equipment, room with a TV to relax after sightseeing. A place to park the car is there, and also a table outside to eat on sunny days. The beds are comfortable and very nice to sleep in. Recommend this place and want to visit it again.
