Lovely hotel miles from anywhere so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to go. Very polite and helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant, plenty of choices.Wonderful apartment overlooking the ocean and fantastic views all round. Indoor pool and sauna very good and even used outdoor pool..though a tad chilly in January! great location for walks and there's a courtesy bus to Calheta and the rum distillery...all in all a great holiday.

Very clean and organized place. Accessing the property via lockbox key was easy and we were sent the code in advance of our stay as well as good photos and directions for parking the car from the hosts. The beds were very comfortable and linens very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked (microwave, hotplate, dishware, cutlery, pans, soap, and cloths) with everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and lunch each day. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and countryside for the sunset. Even though the location is close to the main road it is very quiet at night. The surrounding village and locals were very nice and a great location to walk around and see small farms/viewpoints. Parking the car on the road next to the gate was easy and not a busy or tight spot.

Great view from the huge windows. Nice sofas. Qualitative bedlinnen but one bed creaks and the other is rather small (i.e. for people > 1m80). Fine shower towels. Kitchenware a bit of a mix of everything but overall OK. Clean appartment, very quiet.

Automatic gate for parking, lots of new kitchen equipment. Lots of space, perfect for a larger group of friends, but it was uncomfortable for the two of us.

The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. Nicely surprising were the basic spices, the variety of pots and pans in the kitchen, laundry room, and even items for the bbq in the yard, which we didn't have the time to use. The location was perfect, just 5 min by car from the beautiful Calheta beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and the neighbouring houses.

It is a very nice apartement with a well decorated garden. Actually pictures of this garden can be found in an exhibition in Calheta. It is quiet with great views to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is huge. Easy to drive there and enough parking lots around.

We were greeted by amazing host Esmeralda, who really cares about comfort of their guests. She left few gifts for us, accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped, but without an oven and coffee machine (just FYI for those who need it :)). The beach is few minutes down the hill, nice restaurant just next to the place and a supermarket on the other side of the beach.

A very good find. Everything good. The lady was kind and the apartment was just full if added extras. She had thought of everything. She also put out her best linen and table cloths out for us. Very well equpt place. Super bedsheets. A better place than the photos show. So many extras in the kitchen for cooking with spices fresh oarsly many things that we have never had in self catering before. Nice hairdryer and washing machine . Line outside for clothes drying. Bedroom very spacious. Even board games left to use.
