Our stay was flawless, with no complaints about the apartment or premises—everything was simply perfect. The road to Alia may be a bit bumpy, but you quickly adapt, especially when riding scooters, as we did. Despite the location being a bit off the beaten path, the convenience of having two of the best restaurants in Panglao within walking distance more than makes up for it. Alia and her team are wonderful people!

A fantastic place to stay and relax! The lofts were beautiful and spacious and the outside area was a big bonus. The communication we received was excellent and the caretaker was available throughout our stay. It is a little bit away from the town of Alona Beach (5-10 minute drive) but this made it quieter and more relaxing.

This homestay is run by a nice family. We stayed in Family room with a double bed and bunk bed. Good for 4-5 . Rooms are spacious and super clean. Bathroom was good and clean. Hot water shower is always available. Towels provided. The place is very near to alona beach and all eateries. Best thing about this place is Host. Host James and his family and entire staff is so good and helpful. You will get positive vibes when you enter the place. James helped me in getting motorbike for rent from a nice lady nearby. Please rent motorbike from her. Their bikes are in excellent condition. We never faced any issue in 2 days. Host James can help you with everything including tours, suggestion of places on island, ferrry tickets and drop to Tagbilaran port. His suggestions were excellent.. We visited places that he mentioned and we had best time in Philippines at Panglao Nice breakfast is included with the stay. We are vegans and they provided us bread, jam, salad, fruits and juice which was more than enough for us.

New villas, big rooms and had plenty of stuff you can use for cooking. They even have a washing machine on site you can use which is so handy specially travelling around. The staff are lovely. Help us in what we needed. Pool is lovely and clean!!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island. The hotel is extremely clean, and they cleaned my room every single day, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very big, modern, and completely new. Everything inside felt high-quality and well taken care of. The pool was another highlight, beautiful, clean, and ideal for cooling off or just relaxing in the sun. Location wise, it’s great! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and just a couple of minutes to the main road where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Very convenient without being noisy. The best part was the owner: she’s truly fantastic. Super helpful and kind. She answered all my questions about the island and even offered to pick me up from the airport when I had trouble finding a Tuktuk. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. It’s quiet, clean, spacious, welllocated, and the hospitality is amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect! The facilities are spacious – each couple or even a small family gets a separate room with a large and comfortable private bathroom. The shared area includes a fully equipped open kitchen and a pool. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the public beach and a 5-minute drive to Alona Beach. Nina at the reception, along with all the housekeepers – Hengel, Eric, and Ebay – were kind and supported all our needs. This is definitely a place worth coming back to!
