The staff was very courteous and professional. The manager was always willing to help and provided excellent restaurant recommendations! The housekeeping staff left my room very clean and tidy. The night staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous property but had nothing there that you would usually expect - no coffee, salt/pepper, oil etc. Had to ask for toilet paper and we had people milling around the property a long time. Would be perfect for a weeks stay but a little less appropriate for one night. Ended up going out to eat at the hotel nearby. Decent enough walk into town.

Since I cannot edit my previous rating of 8/10, I add another one with 10/10 so it evens out on 9/10. The owners did everything to make our stay nice. They spoke English, were very friendly, let us change the room to hide from the high noise pollution from the neighbour. They also gave us extra blankets and made our check-in and check-out very flexible! That was fantastic! Thank you so much :) There were things the owners couldn't influence, which is the noise pollution from the surrounding neighbours and street life. Still they tried talking to the neighbour to lower the volume. This place is new, so they really went the extra mile to make our stay as good as they could. For the first time on this trip, the breakfast included hummus which was really great, too!
