Wonderful surroundings, lovely glamping tent with comfortable, big beds. Really cosy kitchen and great common room with couch and fireplace and good view. Also the balcony with hot bath was excellent, especially in the night where you could sit and watch the stars. Warm and welcoming host, all in all perfect!

Felt welcomed. Host was very pleasant! Nice surroundings. We really liked description of the animals living on the property. The house itself felt spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a nice stay. Also the location is great with a car because it is further away from busy town and is very calm and felt private.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff who accommodated our request for an early checkin. Great location across from Rotorua Central Mall. Very clean with good parking. Mirror inside wardrobe door was very handy. Bed and chairs were comfortable. Good supply of appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Didn't use the spa bath.

Comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen (even had sharp knives - unusual for self-catering places in my experience). Grant was very helpful when I misunderstood the door-code instructions. Location suited us - we didn't want to be right in the centre of town.
