We absolutely loved this place - spacious, comfortable, beautifully set out and decorated including a cosy log burner fired up and ready for arrival. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the accommodation was ideally situated away from the main town centre but easy to find and not far off the main route, within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets and attractions - perfectly peaceful and relaxing. Would and should have stayed longer - a real gem :)

It is undescrabable how happy we were, that we found this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So sad, that we had only 1 night there. It is a small family-farm-hotel, where you gonna feel as the most welcomed person, or even as a family member. The owners are super friendly, the area is so beautiful with all those flowers and trees, perfectly maintained. The house is the cutest! You have everything needed there, even a heated mattress, board games and all necessary info about New Zealand. The cutest ever breakfast gonna wait for you in the fridge. But the cherry on top of the cake - the alpacas! They are adorable and you can have a tour, where the owner gonna tell you everything about them, you can touch and feed them too. There is also a small shop on the territory, where you can buy the stuff they make from alpacas fur. That hotel was one of the highlight of our New Zealand trip and we gonna definitely come back next time we are in New Zealand.

The place is wonderful, it’s very clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for a good rest. Congrats to the owners for thinking about every single detail. It was very warm, had every utility I needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. I loved this place, it’s incredible!

The hosts Steve and Max were friendly hosts and the property was great. Digby (dog) gave us a wonderful welcome as did the old cat. Lovely breakfast with home made jam and stewed fruit from the garden. Very quiet location!

Absolutely everything. We were really blown away on how up market it was. The bed was devine, the bathroom fantastic, kitchen facilities fantastic. Living area fantastic. And there was Sky TV!! Close to everything we needed to get to and the staff were so accommodating and lovely. Beach just down the road!

Check in and out was easy and low hassle. The staff were friendly and informative. The kitchen facilities were adequate and the unit was comfortably large. Noise travelled a little between units, but was fairly well sound proofed. Also surprisingly cool inside, even when it was blazing hot outside on arrival.
