It certainly has the best view in the area. It almost felt like being on a boat, you have a view of the ocean from every area in the hut. Very private and well structured. The hosts look after you like family.

I loved the cabin, the place, and the atmosphere. Everything was very comfortable and well-maintained. The place was clean, well-located, and had everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Incredible location on the beach and close to good restaurants and bars. Huge separate covered terrace for eating, drinking and relaxing (and watching the sun set). Lovely garden. Great sized rooms and good layout. Helpful staff onsite. All very clean

Excellent location a short walk from the centre. Ana is a kind and attentive host, and the place was kept clean and had a friendly, relaxed vibe. Felt like a safe neighbourhood and quiet at night.

Small, quiet, friendly hostel, within few minutes walk of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cathedral etc. Lovely, helpful owners/staff, English and Spanish speaking. Plenty of activities available and advertised. Kept very clean at all times. Secure front gate, key to padlock, extra inner gate with key supplied, and own key to room. Plenty of open shared places to relax at, free coffee and filtered water available 24/7. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Good size basic kitchen, 4 ring gas hob & oven, smaller electric oven, large fridge/freezer. Decent pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Large table to eat at. Laundry (washing machine) available for $10, or hand washing sink for free, plenty of drying lines. Separate bins available for plastics, cans and glass. Plenty of reminders to switch off appliances when not in use. Large bedroom, plenty of storage, bedside tables & lamp. Main light and ceiling fan switch also either side of bed. Plenty of powerpoints around room. Gets very warm, but extra fan supplied. Large bathroom, excellent lighting, 2 sinks, good shower (cold water only, but who needs hot?). Plenty of places to hang towels.

Here, you come as a guest and feel like family! The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

I just loved this place! I think works better for my needs - digital nomad, travelling with a dog. I had many different work-spaces, my dog was extremely well welcomed, they helped me with all i needed, plus the location is away from the noise in the city centre, yet it is only a 10 min walk to there. Highly recommend it!

Had a good sleep in a nice room, the bed was comfy. Great location. Kitchen is well equipped. Fantastic staff. I could park my motorbike on site, was a bonus.
