Fantastic family owned house (but the whole house is yours, they don’t live there), we loved everything about it. Especially Fuji view!! Oshino Hakkai is a very cute little town and this house is in the middle of it, next to one of the sacred ponds (with Fuji mirror). The house is spotless clean and so spacious and traditional and just perfect. We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult kids, they both had their own bedroom with futon beds upstairs and we slept downstairs in the 2 beds. The owners are very willing to help you with everything you need, including pick up from and drop off at the train station. There is a Lawson supermarket at 6 minutes walk (a nice walk!). We felt so much at home and the family owners are the best hosts.

The villa was very stylish and comfortable, equipped with everything you needed. The surrounding area was quiet. We were very lucky to view Mt. Fuji through the windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We certainly recommend this lovely place for those who want spend some day around Mt. Fuji.

Very spacious. Two proper bedrooms and a third area with Japanese style mattresses. We did use this. We had a car so we wanted a property with parking. There’s parking right outside the front Easy check in and check out process. If you plan to stay in the Fuji area and have a car, I recommend this place for groups
