Overall, it's an excellent accommodation choice. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.

Lovely flat in the center , closer to the station, the communication for self check in was excellent, I had a short layover and I wish I could have stay longer! Everything was spotless clean , well organized , comfortable. Got a little kitchen to prepare your meal / breakfast, an handy washing machine very useful after a trip. If you want something cozy , calm, quiet and just few minutes from the station, food and grocery around, this place is perfect. Definitely coming back next time!!!

Tsubaki is very friendly, helpful & quick to respond. She even picked us up from Kansai 2 trips (6 of us with many luggages), even though we only stayed for a night. She speaks Chinese, which was a plus for us. The house is modern,tidy,spacious, super clean,very close to Kansai airport (10 mins by train). Walking distance to the nearest train station is 10 mins. The kids said the beds were very comfy. My hubby & I slept on the tatami. The beds were so comfy too. All amenities worked well & we got what we looked for to stay. So glad we chose her place.

Really nice place close to the airport Kansai. Big and clean house where you can cook, wash you laundry, get some rest,... The beds are really comfortable, the best I slept in Osaka. The area is really peaceful, quite close shops and restaurants. Is self check in and check out but you get all informations quickly from host in application (I used booking contact). Reccomend this accommodation and the host. If I come back will try to get this place again.
