The property was excellent. Beds were comfortable, lots of room and provided lots of towels. Communication was good. Answered our messages pretty promptly. The best part of the property is the view. We were in unit B and we had a clear view of Mt Fuji.

Loved its location and how quiet the town is, the bikes are a huge plus to get around the area without a hire car and the train station is a minute walk away! Loved the onsen and how clean the property was, the addition of washing machine and places to hang clothes was a bonus as well!

We really enjoyed the house; even for 10 people, it was very spacious. The common areas were well-sized and accommodated everyone comfortably. All rooms were air-conditioned, with bathrooms and showers on both floors, along with a well-equipped kitchen and living room. The space was prepared with towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bedding, pots, glasses, cutlery, dishes, and everything else needed for the stay. The location is excellent, close to Fuji-Q, the famous lakes near Mount Fuji, the Aokigahara Forest, and other tourist spots. Additionally, the view of Mount Fuji was stunning. On top of everything, they provided parking for three cars. We will definitely stay here again!
