this place was perfect for us (a group of 3 people with 1 dog). great location within easy walking distance to most attractions and the best host we could have wished for. the apartment is on the ground floor and it was very cosy and comfortable. there's a really nice bistrot basically around the corner as well as some good restaurants and a coop supermarket just a few minutes walk away. will definitely return here on our next trip to venice +++

Liked · Valentina and Luca were very very good to us. Before arrival, they had sent me emails / whatsapp to help me with find tours, booking water taxis - they even sent me photos with instructions where to go to go meet the water taxi. On arrival, Valentina was already at the pier waiting to help us with our suitcases. Luca also went beyond what was necessary to help us. The washing machines were not in or rooms but downstairs, at first I thought it would be an inconvenience, but it wasn't at all because it made it easier for Luca to explain how to use the machines (most apartments you have to figure it out yourself). I had to go to dinner, and he kindly put on an alarm for himself to go check and turn back on the drying spin cycle until my clothes were dry! The fridge was stocked with drinks, the kitchen with nutella, snacks and jam complimentary from the property. You can opt to use a lift directly to the apartment or use stairs directly to your own apartment as well. The photos are precise that they use (Just note the 2nd bedroom bed would work of one full size adult only OR two small children) the sofa in the living room converts to a bed too. Their office located at the property runs from 9.00 - 21.00, I recommend you do their electronic key for the phone and also taking their key card access to ensure if you come back later than 21.00 you can get in.

Everything is perfect. The location is in the middle of the tourism places and 3 mins walk to the water bus station. The host Anna is super nice and helpful, with clear check in instruction and free luggage storage after check out. The facilities are great too, and the apartment is quiet and clean.

The apartment is really well presented with excellent facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, making self-catering a breeze. The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice.

Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.

Excellent location, key handover in person very useful as Venice can be difficult to navigate for a stranger. Good local shopping for self catering. Facilities very good, kitchen well equipped and, for a longer stay, washing machine/dryer very convenient. Comfortable and clean. Giulia the host was very helpful. We really hope we will be able to go back next year.
