Our stay at this location exceeded every expectation. Our host Stefano would greet us each morning on the terrace overlooking the ocean. His family served us a wonderful breakfast. The care taken to every detail was fantastic. Stefano arranged taxis and dinner reservations without our even asking. The dedication to this lovely accommodation by Stefano and his family is something we will never forget. It was a highlight in our travels and we hope to return someday.

We had such a wonderful stay at Xenia apartments! The place was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location couldn’t be better, everything was just within reach. I had a truly amazing 4-night stay in this apartment. The photos don’t quite capture how bright, airy, functional, and cozy the space really is. The quality of the materials used is evident, and you can feel the attention to detail in everything—from the kitchenware to the toiletries, towels, and bed linens. It really felt like a home away from home, only better. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street. The bridge to Ortigia is just a stone's throw away, and many of the top sights, like Neapolis, Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime, Basílica de Santa Lucía del Sepulcro, where the famous Caravaggio painting is exhibited, and the square where the same painting themed graffiti can be seen, are all very close. I walked everywhere, which made it so convenient. Plus, there's a large supermarket (Deco) and a great shop for pre-cooked meals (Profumo di pollo) nearby. Rosanna, the owner, is a kind and helpful host. She gave great advice on where to eat and was a pleasure to communicate with. I look forward to hopefully returning someday!

The appartment was beautiful, clean and we felt very comfortable. We arrived before check-in and could leave our luggage there. We had a very warm welcome and got a lot of fruits, water and different things for breakfast. The host is very friendly and you can contact him, if you have any questions. You always find a place to park your car in the street. It‘s a 15 minutes walk to Ortigia. It‘s a good place to stay at Siracusa. Arround the appartment restaurants and cafés. We can recommend this place!

Andrea reached out ahead of our arrival and gave very clear instruction on self check in and the surrounding attractions if needed. The establishment was very cute, comfortable and clean. Water pressure was good. It has two other apartments at the same establishment but different entrance. If we visit Ortigia again with family, we are going to take the three apartments cos it will be super convenient and comfortable. The location was also really good. We loved it being so close to the sea. It was very therapeutic for us cos we really loved the sea. The fish market was a gem with restaurants, herbs stall (my favourite), fruits and antique stall. Within just 10 mins walk along the water, you can arrived to few cute bistros and granitas place by the water. We spent 7 nights at Casa Triscela and absolutely loved it. We want to be back! 😃

I had an amazing stay in Ortigia! The location couldn’t have been better! everything was just a short walk away, from the main sights to great restaurants and the sea. The apartment itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need and more.
