This house is much better in the real life than on pictures. It's cozy, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully furnished, the only thing we couldn't find was wine opener, but not everyone drinks wine. I got excited when I found out that there were down duvets, so we slept very well, the combination of fresh air and great bed set is the best way to get relaxed, basically that was the reason why we went there.

Everything was as perfect!!! Marilena is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

1. Very nice balcony view and terrace 2. Good location, many activities nearby (cascade, old village, hiking routes), groceries 5 min by car, good parking, quiet place. 3. Fully equiped with minor exceptions that would be very easy to add by the hosts and I hope they will do: no shelf in the shower cabin, no mosquito nets for windows for safe "luften" and avoiding insects to enter the house. 4. 5 stars to their cleaning staff, well done. I would recommend to add good ventilation and maybe run the dehumidifier once a week.

Such a nice and sweet experience staying at Marlene's place. All of our expectations were exceeded and Marlene was a joy to meet. The apartment was very clean and all well prepared. Kitchen was fully equipped and we never have experienced so many things granted us in her kitchen.

Really nice and modern apartments that have everything you could need. The air conditioning was a god send. The entire garden surrounding the apartment is beautiful. The location is fantastic, it's quiet, secure and the host is really great at making you feel welcome and is always ready to help. Even though the kitchen is small it's actually quite impressive how many things they managed to fit in there. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom very modern and clean. It's good value for money, you really can't go wrong with any of the apartments at la zagara.

The host was really exceptional and cared so that we have everything we need. He responded immediately. The appartment is very nice and cozy with everything we needed. The highlight is definitely the very big balcony with it´s great view. You´ll enjoy lake view, green gardens and the mountains. The kitchen is very modern and well equiped, same goes for the bath room. The size of the living room is totally fine for 2 persons. The stairs to the appartment are a bit steep and the last 500m road are narrow - consider that if it matters to you, for us it was totally fine. The appartment is well located in a silent area between Luino and Laveno where you can buy your groceries or take the ferrys.

An entire house for a relative small fee. Quite primitive but comfortable nonetheless. On premises parking. Kitchen is well equipped You can walk to the lake in about 10 minutes. .
