The flat is located in perfect area: u need minutes to reach the most attractive sightseeings . The flat is clean, comfortable and even with cold welcome drinks in a fridge! You have to stay at Francesca's when you're in Palermo! She is the kindest, most hospitable host/person I've come across on my travels.  I broke my leg in Palermo (before arriving at her place) and she went above and beyond for me to help me and make me comfortable. She carried me up stairs, found space in her hotel for me when she was already fully booked so I didn't have to move, brought me food, filled my prescriptions, organised a Dr to visit me and help me get home. The list goes on and on - she was there for anything I needed during my injury. She treated me like family.  Thank you so much, Francesca, I am so grateful to you, your staff and your family! 🥰 The hotel rooms are all lovely too (I should know I stayed in 3 of them). ☺️ Really comfortable beds, complimentary delicious biscotti, smart TVs and big lovely, clean and renovated rooms. And the location is great, right in the centre of the historic centre, but the rooms are quiet.  Her bar/restaurant downstairs is great too! Especially if you're into fantastic, yet inexpensive, Aperol spritzes. 😁🍹 Do yourself a favour and stay at Francesca's!  I'll be returning one day with two working legs and we will go dancing! ♥️

Clean, comfortable, safe, everything was perfect! Host Michelle, he was super friendly and nice, make sure we are good and happy. The location was a little bit away from the historical centre but we had the rental car and we wanted to get the parking so it was perfect for us. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk, or a 40-minute walk to the historical centre. They have stove top, fridge, pots pan basic cooking tools. We stayed 2 nights and cooked dinner 1 night. Everything works so well, good wifi, good aircon, have outside patio. I would stay here again, even a little bit away from the center. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay🙏

The property was located well within the city, most landmarks were 10min walk away. The apartment was well furnished and had really good amenities, very clean, really good air conditioning. Washing machine was great with soap and conditioner provided. The apartment had water and soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer provided. Well equipped kitchen, however would’ve liked a microwave and aluminium scrubber for washing dishes. Great host as well, very friendly and ready to help if something is wrong.

The apartment it si very clean and confortabel. The houst very nice ( we meet at the apartment); it is located in a old pallazzo ( but just renovated). We had all the accesories for the kitchen. It is located ner the main street ( waking distance). The beds are very confortable, ac and tv in every room. Very good for location and money paid.
