Everything! Very, very clean, comfortable, excellent location, well equipped even for longer stay, nice furniture. Cute sunny balcony and beautiful garden. We would rate both accommodation and host with 12 out of 10, and we are the frequent travelers. Our host was helpful with everything, welcoming us with a help around the luggage, giving us good proposals where to go, what to visit, even where to park a car for free. This was the best welcome of all of our bookings Luca and his daughter Catherine were so very friendly and helpful in every way and the shop is a delight for trying local food/drink. While the apartment has no windows it is so close to the main square and so clean and comfortable that you don't miss these. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Luca and Catherine.

Great location, beautifully decorated. Lovely host and lady who was cleaning who let us come in early as we were cold and a little wet from the rain. Lovely facilities couldn’t speak highly enough about the place. Travelled over to see family and know Orta well but this is a super find and will be coming back again even later this year as it was so perfect

Very central, bright and spacious apartment. Lovely views from the little balcony where we had our morning coffee. Although it is close to the main Piazza, it was quiet and for us very much a sanctuary once our days were over. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Ginny immensely ! We would return again despite the stairs which could be difficult for anyone who has problems navigating steps. We would highly recommend Casa Ginny!
