We liked everything about the apartment. It’s located in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Lucca’s town centre. There are a number of supermarkets closed to the apartment as well as restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartment was new, spacious, super clean and both kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. Amanda was a delightful host, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.

We loved the Marita Apartment in every way, as well as the amazing responsiveness of Stefano! The apartment was sparkling clean and very big - 2 big bathrooms were great to have. Marita Apt is in a perfect location within the walled city, and the parking spot was super convenient. Marita exceeded our expectations in every way, as did Lucca, and we would recommend this apartment 100%. Hopefully we will return to Lucca someday. It was a beautifully spacious, attractive apartment with fabulous air con (essential), nice shower, comfy beds, soft towels. Lovely to have a big balcony to sit out on too. The host, Alessia, was charming and very helpful. We enjoyed her restaurant recommendations, and she even drove us to and from our wine tasting when we asked about taxis and to the station when we left. If we come back to Lucca, we would def stay here again. A great find!

It really exceed our expectations, apartment completely refurbished with very good quality and very well equipped. Located in the outer of Lucca walls, everyhting was in walking distance (very convenient; with the train station very close as well). The owner was really helpful and welcomed us with a suite of amenities that really caused a WOW effect to us. Great attention to detail from the owner. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. The quality of both furniture and home appliances is very good. If returning to Lucca, we will definitely book and come back to this amazing apartment. We highly recommend this place to stay when visiting the city.

The place is spectacular and we couldn't be happier that we chose it. I traveled with my boyfriend and, following the reviews on booking, we decided to choose Palazzo Fousard for our stay. It is charming; the rooms are large, modern, bright, the decoration is divine and they have everything you could need, they are very clean and everything was in perfect condition (just like the rest of the place!). The best of all? Tobias! He took the time to write us multiple recommendations for activities and restaurants in Lucca according to our tastes, was always very attentive, told us the history of the Palazzo (Napoleon had it built for his sister's lover!) and gave us a tour of the entire hotel. He and his mom were very welcoming and special, and we will not hesitate to come back!!! If you are considering it, don't hesitate to choose this place: from the bottom of my heart I know you will love it.

We liked the size of the apartment and the appointments. The kitchen was good, and allowed for self catering We used Alexa for back ground music. It was an extremely well appointed place to stay, though there were a few things that could be improved.

Excellent location in a beautiful building. Huge amount of space, made us feel as though we were home. Kitchen very well equipped for self catering. Plenty of utensils and pots/pans.
