The apartment was very clean, and it had everything we needed, but more importantly than that was Laura's kind help whenever we needed it. Our car had a problem and since we were there for the 1st time, she was able to find a very knowledgeable gentleman who happened to know how to help us out. She even stayed after her shift was over for over two hours to wait for him to come and help us. We are incredibly grateful for all the help we received because without that, it would have ruined our vacations or cost us way more.

This was perhaps our favorite stay during our trip, the apartment is gorgeous with painted ceilings, very spacious, two bathrooms and everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the location was super central and very easy to find and get to. The view from the window looking at the duomo was spectacular!! Our Florence renaissance dreams really did come true staying at Palazzo Gamba.

Very clean, new and modern furnishings, hotel level of interior quality, full range of kitchen utensils and items for a good self catering holiday. The owner was very helpful with information and details on collecting keys and any other issues. The Esselunga supermarket is 3mins walk away and is one of the best supermarkets in central Florence. To walk to Duomo it takes me about 30minutes.

The location is perfect! The local area is wonderful. The furnishings are lovely and they have made the most of the space available. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well furnished and the apartment is 2 mins from a carrefour so you can make full use of the self catering facilities.

Location, Location, Location. What more can I say . We were central to everything . The apartment it self is perfect . Everything you need for self catering . We were 3 person myself husband and son so it was spacious with an en-suite bathroom . Pull out sofa bed in the the lounge / kitchen . Small balcony to sit and have a coffee before heading out for the day for sight seeing .

Beautiful property and really spacious. We travelled in a group of three and there was loads of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering and air conditioning worked well. Apartment is in a good location, not far from the main train station. Self check-in was amazingly convenient and we received really clear instructions in advance.
