Cozy apartment in a great location, very close to many restaurants and a supermarket. We found the apartment very clean and beautifully decorated. Another plus was the communication before and during the check in. The personal is very helpful and the ladies downstairs in the office deserves 10 stars.

Great location for explaining the Dolomites. Especially Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lago di Braies for example. Close to where many of the buses start, so easy to use public transport. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Really nice quality apartment with a choice of 2 balconies - one for breakfast and one for the evening. And a bread delivery service, delivered outside your apartment door. And a huge choice of types of bread, all delivered before 6:30am. Very friendly hosts….

I am solo traveller so of course this apartment is too. Ig for me. But I like it overall. Big house and get all the facilities that I need (waching machine, kitchenware). Clean house and shower. Easy to check in as well. The house is 6mins walking distance from Dobbiaco bus station where you can catch bus 444 to Tre Cime di Lavarado and bus 442 to Lago di Braies. Nearby the apartment there is coffeeshop for breakfast and restaurants. If you are coming with the train, you need to take bus to the property.

Beautiful location and views from the balcony! Unreal to wake up to and watch in the evening. Access to the hotspots in the dolomites is ideal. Very clean and the kitchenette is super useful. Marianna even brought us fresh milk in the morning which was amazing.

Great location and very comfortable spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen - so great to have oil and vinegar as basics on hand. Got great advice from the owner/manager regarding local sights. We appreciated also the pick up from the train station.
