We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, located right in the heart of Como's old town. The location couldn't have been better – tucked away on one of the charming, narrow streets, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The apartment felt brand new – spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and as a lovely surprise, a bottle of cava was waiting for us in the fridge. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, but with so many great eateries, gelaterias, and cozy spots nearby, there’s always something delicious just around the corner. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The host Danilo - absolute gentleman - This man is absolutely pleasure to have known in such a short period of time. The apartment is spacious - up on arise overlooking the mountains and hills - bedrooms spacious - Bathroom clean and tidy - kitchen brand new with great appliances - coffee ☕️ kettle dishwasher oven etc etc Lounge room great size - an outside area too - just too many good things to say 😀

Great location with View of Duomo from the living room(Deluxe one bedroom unit on 3rd floor). Very central of everything especially if you like shopping and night Vibes. The place is modern and clean from Main door to unit entrance. In room Lighting was enough. A/C and Wifi work very well. I love the strong pressure from shower and hot water. Though no Bath tub but the bathroom was huge with Bidet. With this price in this area I find this an unbeatable apartment in central Como. Tips: *Request for unit 3C since full door open to Duomo makes a better view compare to 2nd floor that has only window.

The apartment was well kept and stocked with all essentials. Bathroom was neat and big with a changing area and closet for convenience. It was a little far off from the city and we we're not aware of the bus schedule so the trek up till the apartment was quite painful with the luggage. From our next day we used to busses so there was no problem. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay.

It was super clean. All the basic amenities were available. The host allowed for early check in and was always easy to communicate and welcoming. The host welcomed with wine, juice, water and candies. The view from the apartment balcony was pretty. We didn’t get much time to enjoy the apartment but we would love to come back again.
