Polite owner, very good location in you want to visit Chia. Market near by (5 minutes walk). Apartment clean with parking spot. Nice neighbours. Large apartment, turn on AC few hours before bedtime. Responsive, thanks for all informations. Big kitchen, large bathroom and badroom. Great view in the evening.

Best was the location with easy access to the beach. Good wifi (on request, to be picked up from the reception), a lot of TV channels (positive surprise as we thought there was no TV), efficient air conditioning in all rooms. One of the air cons did not work properly and the problem was quickly solved by the hotel. Kitchen corner and fridge size also better than expected.

Great location near all the beaches in and around Chia, easily reachable by bike (free bikes are available). We hardly used the car all week and visited a different beach every day. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Well stocked kitchen and barbecue area. Diego and Sonia are charming and graceful hosts. The neighborhood is very quiet in the off season.
