Very clean cottages, loved the surroundings! Beautiful rural setting with all the modern amenities. The owner was lovely and so helpful. Beware the dogs, they are so cuddly and adorable, and they insist on the obligatory game of fetch - and you are a hard hearted person if you don't oblige :)

We had very quiet apartment, nice view and parking just behing us. The area is easily accesible and really not far from Hofn. Although there is no pub/store etc.

Old Cottages has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Höfn, 12 km from Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon. The chalet has private entrance.

Everything was as in pictures and description. Very clean, nice and comfortable place to stay. Check-in & check-out was very smooth. Host was very proactive and gave timely/useful instructions. Recommended to stay here and for sure will stay again next time.

I love everything about it! Very convenient & easy to find, right beside the main road. Good spot for aurora spotting but I was unlucky as I can’t see aurora during my stay here.

What a lovely apartment! I especially liked the double aspect view. Great for seeing the northern lights (if you are lucky enough!). It had all the facilities you need and plenty of space. The couch was especially welcome after a hectic few days. There is a restaurant below, but I didn't use it myself. It was also so quiet, which was great.
