Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

We enjoyed our lovely trip at heritage Jaisalmer. We had an amazing experience with the resort staff. Loved the whole trip as it was explained in a smooth way to us. They took us for the jeep safari. Amazing experience with the driver of the Thar. Anyone visiting jaisalmer must try this villa. Hoping to come back in our next trip. Highly recommendable for the everyone.
