We felt right at home here. The family are so friendly, the breakfast is great and the boat trip was a highlight for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Apart from the activities they can arrange for you (we did the canoe tour and kayaking) they are also super helpful when it comes to recommending things to do in the area. Highly recommend.

This is a MUST in Kerala. With my husband and a couple of friends, we took a traditional ultra deluxe cruise and spent the night on the boat. It was an unforgettable experience. The landscape is breathtaking, and it's beautiful to see how the scenery changes as you navigate through the wide or narrow canals of the backwaters. We spent one night, but I would have loved to stay another day. In the evening, the boat docks in a place where only we were, creating a peaceful and excellent relaxing atmosphere. The boat was impeccable and comfortable, truly flawless. The food was exquisite, offering a wide variety for those who wanted to try the delights of Kerala cuisine or those who preferred something more international. The staff was very friendly and had excellent communication. Unforgettable!

This is exceptional place runned by very profesional family, which provide excellent multiple service. Apart from just homestay, you can order all day food (Kerala or Europe style), go for a backwater trip, make a loundry and probably ask for many more. I stayed in a small but pleasent room with everything I neded plus garden access.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He spoke good english and could help us with whatever we needed from Taxis to boat rides. The house has a large open plan, good AC and good wifi. The location is quite central between the back waters, the town and the beach, can get anywhere in a 3km tut tut.

The housekeeper, mother and son where a real gem. They prepared us wonderful homecooked meals, breakfast and dinner. Very acceptable price for food. Last night a great seafood meal!! Crab, Prawns... Nothing was too much!! Very fast internet, Even when we could not communicate with the mother, she always had a lovely smile. We felt like family! We shall return as promised. The place was beautiful, a gorgeous garden right on the backwaters with a lovely view of the sunset. The rooms were very attractive and clean. The family were so friendly and kind. They fed us amazing Kerala food and showed us so many interesting things. They helped us organise a great boat trip. This is the best place we stayed during our whole trip - amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay! Veena and Chindu are truly wonderful hosts - kind, flexible, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Veena has a beautiful heart, and her warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome from day one. Her mother is also very kind, adding to the family’s inviting atmosphere. The house itself is beautiful, with elegant marble details that add to its charm. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to major attractions, and the hosts provided excellent support for organizing tours and activities. Renting a scooter was made easy, as Veena and Chindu assisted us right away. Communication was always quick and efficient, making everything smooth and hassle-free. This is a great place for a homestay experience, though it may not be ideal if you need complete privacy, as the guest area is on the first floor while the family lives downstairs. Both are connected via stairs. However, if you're looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a fantastic location, this is the perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!
