Amazing place! The design of the villas and surroundings is of a high level. The villa is fully equipped, including fans and ac in bedrooms. The views are stuning, no photo can show you how it feels in real! There is a spa and a restaurant just at the villas area. The deserts and pizzas are must try. Balinese massage was nice and the prices are reasonable. They are finishing a beachfront bar. Should be perfect for evenings relax with sea views. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, every ask was met immediately. They helped us with transfer to the property and to the airport. There is a small cozy beach with sand in 5-7 min walking. Or you can take a driver to bring you to the beaches with snorkeling and other fun - 20 mins at max by car. There is no supermarket anywhere close to villa, just be prepared and bring all you need. But several warungs and beachfront restaurants are easely found near by, in walking distance.

Beautiful villa, felt very private and safe. Nice clean warm pool, good kitchenette, very nice restaurant Trattoria Amed - ala carte options, great pizza (around 120 000 Idr) nice local food as well. Massages on the beach amazing! (Around 250000 idr/60 min). Very nice beach bar, the beach and the whole property very very quiet and relaxed. Breakfast was available but we didn't order it. The only thing is it is very far from everything and the road /traffic is so so bad... But that's not the hotel's fault. We loved the place and would return. Sometimes the sea gets a lot of rubbish, but again, not their fault.

Just a fantastic place. The China Villa is furnished with beautiful Balinese furniture, it has 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful outdoor area (a dining table for 10, a kid's table, a bed, 2 sofas, a huge sitting area, sun beds...), a kid's and adult's pool, just for the China Villa. It is right at the beach, but it's not so easy to enter the ocean because of the rocky beach. The service is just outstanding. Wayan, Made and Intan cooked for us and were just perfect.

This is the best property that we stayed in Amed during our monthly trip. Sadly, we couldn't stay longer. You are getting two good size bedrooms, both have reasonable work desk, very good Internet connection, a private pool and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location and close to interesting eating places like The Good Stuff.

This was our favorite accommodation in Bali — we were more than satisfied! The villa was even bigger than we expected, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Some days it was even hard to leave the villa because we felt so relaxed there so we just stay at villa and enjoyed the pool. The owner Eni was amazing – she helped us arrange transfers and rent scooters, and even surprised us one day by bringing fresh melon just because. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we would love to come back!

The host and his family were incredibly kind. The location is perfect, right in the center of Amed. Having a kitchen was a bonus. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. I would definitely go back again!

Very nice bungalow. There is lots of space, especially bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is a bit tiny but have all the essential tools for cooking. The patio is amazing, especially the beanbags 😎, with lots of privacy. The host very helpful and always available for any question. I would definitely go back again!

Lovely family owned property, set in a green oasis a short walk from the beach. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, even gave my son on crutches a motorcycle lift to a restaurant one evening. Only 8 villas (very quiet and private), beautiful pool and spacious rooms with lovely bathrooms, a small kitchen with fridge and large water cooler provided. Generous, simple breakfast.
