We chose this villa because we wanted to relax for a few days during our busy Bali trip, and it was perfect. The villa looks just like the pictures—beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything is either new or very well taken care of. The bed linens were fresh, soft, and smelled lovely. The fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms work quietly and are placed well, so the cold air doesn’t blow directly on the bed. I loved all the little details—everything looks like it came from a home design magazine. The kitchen was amazing, fully equipped with everything we needed, even a blender, and there were plenty of glasses and plates. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and cold water, which was a very nice touch. The cleaning was the best I’ve ever seen during a stay. Everything was spotless, and the staff even cleaned the pool regularly, which was large and had multiple levels—we loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also ate at the on-site restaurant several times, and the food was delicious—I highly recommend it. It’s important to know that Amed is not a busy area. Shops and restaurants are more spread out, and there’s less hustle and bustle than in other parts of Bali. We chose this place for exactly that reason—it’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A big thank you to the team at Abing Villas for making our stay so special. And a special thanks to Ketut and his team for helping us organize a birthday cake. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t recommend this place enough!

The view is amazing! The villas are pretty new and are made from high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is served in the villa. The nearby Trattoria restaurant serves good Italian food. I recommend picking the two-bedroom villas, as they are in first row to the ocean, with breathtaking view from the infinity pool!

Fantastic Place to stay On arrival we were surprised by the gorgeous and well maintained garden at Sukun Babonsay Villas. Our Villa (10) was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The staff came every day to clean our place, exchanging towels and so on. The gardener was there every morning to maintain garden and pool. Everything is very well kept. Beautiful villa, felt very private and safe. Nice clean warm pool, good kitchenette, very nice restaurant Trattoria Amed - ala carte options, great pizza (around 120 000 Idr) nice local food as well. Massages on the beach amazing! (Around 250000 idr/60 min). Very nice beach bar, the beach and the whole property very very quiet and relaxed. Breakfast was available but we didn't order it. The only thing is it is very far from everything and the road /traffic is so so bad... But that's not the hotel's fault. We loved the place and would return. Sometimes the sea gets a lot of rubbish, but again, not their fault.

This is the best property that we stayed in Amed during our monthly trip. Sadly, we couldn't stay longer. You are getting two good size bedrooms, both have reasonable work desk, very good Internet connection, a private pool and well equipped kitchen. This was our favorite accommodation in Bali — we were more than satisfied! The villa was even bigger than we expected, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Some days it was even hard to leave the villa because we felt so relaxed there so we just stay at villa and enjoyed the pool. The owner Eni was amazing – she helped us arrange transfers and rent scooters, and even surprised us one day by bringing fresh melon just because. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we would love to come back!

The host and his family were incredibly kind. The location is perfect, right in the center of Amed. Having a kitchen was a bonus. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. I would definitely go back again!

Very nice bungalow. There is lots of space, especially bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is a bit tiny but have all the essential tools for cooking. The patio is amazing, especially the beanbags 😎, with lots of privacy. The host very helpful and always available for any question. I would definitely go back again!

Lovely family owned property, set in a green oasis a short walk from the beach. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, even gave my son on crutches a motorcycle lift to a restaurant one evening. Only 8 villas (very quiet and private), beautiful pool and spacious rooms with lovely bathrooms, a small kitchen with fridge and large water cooler provided. Generous, simple breakfast.
