Stunning and very modern apartments, finished to an incredibly high standard, exactly as described. As a family of four the 2 bed apartment was incredibly spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a great living area, kitchen and large wrap around balcony. The shared pool area is a good size, very well maintained and also exceptionally clean with plenty of loungers for all guests. Daily cleaning was a fabulous added bonus, alongside the well air-conditioned gym and wellness area too - plenty of cardio/weight equipment and again immaculate and clean. The apartments are just a short and pretty walk along the promenade to Umag, but quiet enough to offer peace and tranquillity too. We were highly impressed will definitely return.

Very spacious apartment, very nice location, the free parking is in front of the door. Sea is 1 minute of walk away, so everything is at hand. The additional bed(couch) is really comfortable. The apartment is above the bar so you can get coffee in 15 seconds :-) .

We booked the accommodation at the last minute and only for two nights. Marko, the host, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. It’s a modern property with three bedrooms and a living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed — truly fully stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire apartment was in excellent condition. Special mention goes to the wonderful terrace, which was a real highlight. Although the house is located in the outer district, we actually appreciated that — the quiet neighborhood made it easy for us to relax and get some good rest.

Excellent location with 10 min walk to old town and 10 min walk to nearest beach. Easy, secure underground parking. Nice outside sitting space. Modern leaving room and kitchen. Dogs are welcome. Very friendly and attentive host.

Lovely house, great outdoor kitchen and garden area, nice pool. Small garden with tomatoes, onions and such, we could use. The house have airconditioning on both floors that can cool down bedrooms as well, if you let the doors stay open. The hosts are very nice people and very helpful with both things regarding the house and help/ideas for restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. We can highly recommend this house!

We simply loved everything about our stay here. The receptionist were extra polite and helpful, we even could get our apartment two hours earlier. The mobile homes exceeded our expectations with all the kitchen facilities we needed. The apartment was not small at all thanks to its smart layout, the pool was within 2 mins walk. Birds, lizards and hedgehodgs were our every day guests. 😉 The whole camping area was well maintained and clean.

Nice shore! The sea was our target and it was beautiful. We didn't visit aqua park or pools. One separate pool for 6 mobile houses. Our children loved it. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool and the surrounding area were fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and homely. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. This is one of the best villas with a pool in Istria. The environment was truly pleasant, peaceful, and offered stunning sunsets. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
