We (Couple from Germany) had some wonderful days in Apartment Miluška. Its a nice place in Sveta Filip i Jakov, with a great Owner Marko and a friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Svetlana. We got free Sandwiches and coffee at our late arrival at 11 pm. Free Water, a big plates of delicious shells, and a present when we left. The Owner gave us a lot of suggestions and ideas the first day for our vacation, and came everyday, to ask, how‘s our day and if anything is still fine. He‘s also Owner of the Beach Bar Tamaris, with nice Food and drinks to refresh at the sandy Beach in Sveti Filip i Jakov. The pool is a 24h open place to relax and enjoy a nice time. Free parking for a recommended Car, 35 minutes to Zadar. Thank you Marko to comfort us that much, that we surly wanna come back there again.

Our apartment was 4-5 minutes of walk from the shore, 2 km away from shops. It was well equipped and even upgraded during our stay with a new pergola. It has a nice roof balcony with outdoor furniture, I slept outside multiple times under the stars. The owners were friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Loved the coffee machine. :D

Great locality. Near to restaurants, shops, beach, but still nice peaceful and private. Rea was very nice. She brought us small espresso machine even with some capsulas, and also some local vine as a welcome gift :) Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big and well equipped. There is also grill and sitting outside. We had a great time here.

Beautifully designed apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. There were lots of gorgeous touches to the room, felt very cosy and well looked after. The beach is only a short walk through some little quiet streets. A large supermarket within 5 minutes walk for everything you need. Host was so friendly, I felt very welcome. Živeli!

We loved the locality. It was very close to the sand beach but very quiet and calm. The apartment was nicely clean and well equiped (kitchen equipment, grill...). House lady was helpful and ready to solve problems.

Apartment was more roomy than expected. Very quiet place. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment had windows from 3 sides - always fresh air. 5 min walk to the nearest beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very pleasant owners. Overall - ideal for family holidays.

The apartment is beautiful, huge and quiet with a great balcony and sea view. There are black-out curtains everywhere. The kitchen is well-equipped, we could cook in the oven as well. The bed was comfy. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and about 7 minutes from the centre. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend it.
