The terrace offers an amazing view, and the hosts are very responsive. There is a pristine beach nearby, though access is difficult – downhill on the way there and a steep climb back. The Kryopigi beach, however, is far from what the online photos suggest: overcrowded and extremely dirty.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The villa was spacious and offered a beautiful view, along with a large yard featuring a mandarin tree, swings, and crossbars for the more active guests. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he had left us cold water and beers before our arrival. Most impressively, he helped us recover a forgotten item from a nearby beach bar, a gesture that truly exemplified the warmth and pride of Greek hospitality. Anyone who stays here is sure to have a wonderful experience!

Yulia from reception and her friend will help you with everything, she we make you feel most welcome there, like home, and the girls from the restaurant will make your stay there unforgettable they are so positive and kind, and the food is one big wow, they have an amazing chef, you will eat the most beautiful dishes ever, and taste real Greek cuisine, The she chef is one of a kind she is a Queen. The place is so clean you have no idea, the hygiene team is so professional that everything shines all day long, they keep the room so clean, it's simply fantastic. The girl who keeps clean and tidies the beach, makes the beach a special place always ready like just opened, perfect! The house is perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea. Kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Private yard with seating, where we spent most of our time. The host was very quick to respond to messages. We would love to come back again.

The location is really nice, surrounded by a well mentained garden (all sorts of exotic flowers and trees). The pool is small but it wasn’t crowded at the end of June so it really felt like our private pool. The small kitchen in our room was refurbished. It was really easy to make a quick breakfast in the morning. A small private beach which we enjoyed almost everyday, although it needs a little bit of work and a good maintenance. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The house was totally renovated and very modern. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were no WiFi and no direct access to the beach.

The property has a nice garden, very well kept with a swimming pool and a little bar and access to a private beach. You can see & hear the sea from the 1st floor and you get an even better view from the 2nd floor. We had a family room - 1 bedroom + a sofabed in the kitchen/living and the 2 rooms are separated by a door, which allows privacy.

The apartment is clean, modern and very confortable. The owners are special people, warm and friendly. They extended our stay with 2 days for free because we had a few rainy days. The house has two perfect places to relax. with hammock, rocking chair where you can spend perfect time. The kitchen equipped with everything you need if you want to cook.

Amazing garden, tranquility, morning or evening views to sea like from Disney cartoons.so relaxing. Hosts Efi and her mum,pleasent ladies always there for you. Very comfortable bed. Large room with very good equiped kitchen. Very clean everything. Simple and thoughtful.Close to the shops and restaurants.

Had a great time and enjoyed my stay. Efe and her Mum are fantastic hosts. They go an extra mile to make sure you have a good holiday. The location of the property is excellent - 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the shops and restaurants. Stunning view from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay. Beds are big and comfy. Kriopigy beach is beautiful. I would recommend Avra House for a longer stay. I would re-visit.
