Akis (the host) is very friendly and has great tips on how to explore kefalonia. The location is ideal for exploring Agia Efimia, Myrtos and other nice places. Very close to all you need (like good restaurants, supermarket, etc.). Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for free at the property which is very handy when going to beaches without infrastructure. The room was good and clean. Good parking area next to the property. The highlight of this property was definitively Akis’ hospitality. I would stay there again when returning to Kefalonia.

Our stay at these apartments was incredible. The host was super friendly and helpful, and communicative even before we arrived to help us along. She even gave us a homemade evening treat completely unprompted. The balcony at our apartment had an amazing view of the ocean close by below, and thanks to facing east-ward was shaded in the late afternoon. The location was withing a 2min walk to excellent restaurants right by the water, to enjoy the slight breeze, and a supermarket, but still a bit to the side and up the hill so there wasnt evening noise to disturb. Right down the hill a little locally known beach of red, pink and white gravel, and flat rock formations, could be found and it remains the cutest little beach ive seen on the island. We took many morning and evening dips there. The apartment was clean, well stocked and nice. I will recommend this place to all i know.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at this amazing place! The house is located in a quiet area, away from the buzz of the island, yet perfectly situated to easily reach the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need — it truly feels just like home, with everything at your disposal. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner with your loved ones. Mrs. Olga is absolutely delightful, offering all the support you need and very helpful advice. We will gladly return to this place!

Lovely apartment with great views across the harbour. Sami is a perfect location for accessing the rest of the island. There are several good restaurants - we can recommend Tereza, Deco and Il Familia in particular. We are hikers and the island has lots of trails with fantastic views over hills, valleys and the sea; an abundance of wildflower meadows was a major bonus. Try the small maritime museum just outside Sami : the owner has built a fantastic collection of replica boats of the past 3000 years.

The host Mirto is very friendly and welcoming, communication is easy and fast. The host let us borrow umberellas to the beach and let us stay as long us we needed on the check-out day, which was perfect considering the hot weather and ferry schedules. The apartment is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped and everything is clean. Effective ac and quiet apartment. Agia Effimia is the perfect, beautiful location to stay, if you plan to explore the island. Definitely go to Myrtos beach which is near by.

Beautiful outdoor area with a bbq, and swimming jetty. The room was very clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette. The property was a few minutes walk into the town, which had an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets. There were lovely beaches within walking distance, and a good taxi service to go further afield.

The studio that I was staying in was very comfortable and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Great bed, shower, and kitchen. The authentic design of the interior gave a very welcoming feel. Giannis, the owner of the place, was very helpful with everything . The breakfast was outstanding!!! If you are traveling to an other island or you coming back from your vacation and you need to stay for a couple of days in Athens , this place is perfect !!!

The room was cleaned every single day. The room was spotless The AC very well placed, not in front of the bed, very quiet The refrigerator was also quiet, no problem sleeping with it Kitchen with everything you needed Big terrance and facilities to dry your clothes. Close to the port, to few beaches and to the main street, but not on the main street so it was quiet at night Free parking on the street right in front of the room.

Great location around the corner from the seafront. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and do a great job servicing the room each day. The kitchen was well equipped and had a good coffee machine. Small supermarket right next door or others around the corner. Also walking distance to restaurants, bakery, self serve laundry, deli and 2 other supermarkets.
