I loved the hospitality of the owners, they are wonderful, warm people who helped me have everything I needed. The location is great for going to different beaches and walking around the island. The apartment is spotless and they clean it every day. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Lovely place to spend your holiday. Tranquility and silence are assured. The staff is kind and available. We had a room with a great view of the sea and the hills. The balcony is big enough for dinner or just chill with the sunset. The room itself is simple but large and comfortable. The location is perfect for the main beaches of the island, especially Alikes which could be reached by foot. The complex has private parking (some covered parking) and showers outside. Despite the fact that we stayed there for just 3 days, we could recommend the stay to be longer!

This was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. We traveled to Ammouliana on a whim and it was the last place available. We arrived at the villa and did not meet at the hotel like intended, but were greeted at the villa within minutes. There was (very good) complimentary wine, sweets, drinks and fruit available and we were surprised to hear that breakfast (delivered at request) was included. Great fluffy bathrobes and enough toiletries. The level of service was top notch. We were told we could make a call for anything we wanted. The place was very tidy, beautiful and well thought out. Smart tv was great, it even has great options for mood lighting. The sunset here was so beautiful, that at that moment we decided to book another night. Next day the place was cleaned well and coffee etc got restocked. In the morning we didn’t order breakfast, but Katerina brought up something anyway. We felt treated like proper guests on the island. At the checkout (at the hotel) we were offered coffee and more snacks by the amazing staff, and a box of sweets as a parting gift. It was just lovely!

The property is exquisite, but for the right kind of people. It suited us as a family. Situated in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the village. You cannot walk to it really, unless you’re very fit and don’t mind carrying some stuff. But as with the most travellers to the island, we had a car, so it wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed easy access to all the beaches with the azure sky and calm sea, so good for the kids. And in the evenings a short drive to the village for dining. The house itself was spacious with all the modern amenities, everything you could ask for really. It was lacking sea front scenery but compensated with the bird songs in the morning and then - QUIET!!! Barbecue facility with outdoor patio for alfresco dining too! Loved it! Thank you very much!

It’s the second year in which we stay at Aiora Yard , at first we chose it because it’s pet friendly and the price was excelent but then we were pleasantly impressed by how clean and nice the apartment is , it has everything you may need in a vacation , a fully equiped kitchen , a grill and a nice yard to relax . Aiora it’s very close to the port and all the shops and also to the restaurants (especially our favourite , Tzanis ). The communication with the owner , Dimitris , was also excelent , he is a dedicated person and he was always willing to help us with any information we needed .

What a lovely place in Ammouliani. The apartment was so nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We booked the room with the garden (Anemone) and that was very convenient. Communication with the owner was smooth and clear. We will definitely come back when we visit Ammouliani!

Great location, near the beautiful Alikas beach. The room was cleaned, the sheets and towels were changed every third day of the stay. The staff is friendly and kind. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Will come back for sure.

Very big property, Everything is new, and there is everything you need... towels, bags, whole kitchen with everything you need there. Location is very close to center, market and food. But for the beach you should go with a car. Anyway very warm recommendation.

The location and view from the terrace are amazing. Air conditioning works fine. There is an outside barbeque and the bedroom is big enough. It is well equipped in general. The kitchen has everything basic you need in it. A coffeemaker or an electronic kettle would be a nice touch, but there is a stove so all is good.
