Beautiful location, quiet, calm, cosey cottage. Main focus of the stay was to mountain bike around the dyfi forest and cwm cywarch and the cottage provided a perfect base for that. Local village is very quiet and the local pub is a good one, there’s brigands bar/hotel a mile up the road too. Stunning mountain view’s on the drive back to Dolgellau

Everything about The Fanny Talbot is fabulous The accommodation is immaculate and tasteful. The staff are amazing - thank you so much, Nevin and Luke. The other staff members were brilliant also, but I don't have their names. The location with private parking close by could not be better. The Fanny Talbot restaurant is 5 stars and has amazing value. I highly recommend The Fanny Talbot. Thank you all again for a brilliant stay.

This property is a hidden Gem, absolute bargain for money- so clean & tidy. It was such a treat waking up to the stunning view of Cadair Idris, listening to the birds. The bed was so comfortable, was really handy having the power port, picnic table & bench. We checked in really late as we got carried away in Barmouth but the hosts were super helpful & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here & will be back

Cute little cottage perfect for a short or long stay. Very well equipped kitchen. The place was very clean. Some books and boardgames available to play too! The fresh eggs were perfect for breakfast. Owner lives right next door if you need help with anything and is absolutely lovely. The location is beautiful too. We really loved the little seating area by the stream.
