The host left us a bottle of champagne and good quality coffee to enjoy during our christmas stay. It was clean and so lovely, full of beautiful christmas deco and some christian literature and movies I love. I felt at home. The property was warm once we figured out the heating which was made us feel cozy. There is a sea view in the backyard which was such a gift and unexpected. I had the best stay and would definitely come back again as when visiting Edinburgh city centre, this property is nice to relax in.

Beautifully furnished and spacious. Big bathroom with great shower. Kitchen well equipped. Felt lovely and clean throughout . We visited to attend the Taylor Swift concert in Edinburgh and it was easy to drive to the Park and Ride and get to Murrayfield and into the city. If we had more time we would have loved to explore the Fife costal path and villages which looked beautiful. We would definitely come back and use Linton as our base for exploring.

The cottage was much larger than it appears from the outside! Simply and comfortably furnished with an immaculate, well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. It was great to be cosy by the stove while the wind was howling outside and beautiful views from the kitchen over the countryside towards the sea.
