The hosts were very friendly and charming. Location is peaceful and accommodation is lovely. Owner restored old building and has done an excellent job. Perfect for persons wanting authentic french people and experience. Wished we had booked longer.

Really amazing quality/cost rate. Plenty of space, new and good-looking furniture and kitchenware. The neighborhood is not very interesting, but it is close enough to town center. Plus you can park easy and there is a supermarket just crossing the street. I would repeat here!

The appartement is new and very nice, with a special mention to the air condition. It is also very centrally located, impossible to be closer to the center of Niort. Bit at the same time, it is very quite. Perfect stay. With very friendly owners.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful accommodation. The garden is wonderfully spacious and enclosed, so our dog could roam freely. The spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable beds. The house has a great kitchen where we were able to prepare delicious meals. The pool was just the right size for our group. Wonderful for cooling off in the heat. The owner, Cyrille, did everything to make us feel welcome in his home. That's truly admirable. Thank you, Cyrille, we'd love to come back!
