We had an amazing stay at Ahma Mökki! The cabin whuch is only 2 years old was modern, spotless, and well-equipped. The radiators kept us warm during the extreme winter weather, and the sauna was a highlight—it was brilliant to relax in after a day in the snow. We loved using the cosy log burner in the evenings, and the armchairs in the living room were very comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the Northern Lights, which we were lucky to see on a few evenings right outside the cabin. There’s a local supermarket nearby for supplies, and we enjoyed delicious buffet breakfasts at the Cahkal Hotel just across the road. The owners were very accommodating and always available if needed, which we appreciated. We also booked an incredible snowmobile excursion with Mika, who took us up Saana Mountain. Cooking sausages in a fire hut and enjoying tea while surrounded by the stunning scenery was unforgettable. We loved hiking up Salmivaara mountain peak (600m in height), where the panoramic views were breathtaking. The beds were also very comfortable, and the cabin was plenty warm despite the cold, snowy conditions outside. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would love to return in the summer to experience more of what Kilpisjärvi has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

My third visit here. This place never disappoints, the cottage was wonderfully situated by the lake, peaceful and great access to shops, walks and all needed for a great stay. My dog enjoyed her little welcome package! I’ll certainly be back!

Very nice and comfortable private luxury cabin with huge (tooooo large??) TV-screen, own small kitchenette, and easy parking. The extra-cost breakfast (7 euros) was very good and had all the essentials. The room was very quiet and private.

What a lovely cabin a bit outside of Kilpisjärvi! The cabin is located on a small hill with a nice view over the fells. Even the cabin is small, you find everything there you need! Kitchen well equipped, modern bathroom, comfortable beds! Even I arrived before check-in time, they made sure I could already pick up the cabin key.

Fully equipped nice apartment. Living room and kitchen are combined and have a small fire place. Heaters in all rooms. Location is great as it's not far from the lake and a small hiking trail into the back country starts almost just behind the cottage.

I arrived when it was dark, so in the morning, the nice views to Saana fell were a big surprise! The bed was comfortable and I loved there were many different pillows. I did not cook but kitchen seem to be well equipped! I loved the speaker that you can connect to via Bluetooth and listen your own music. Even if close to the village and road ypu feel away and there is enough darkness to ser the northern lights from your balcony. In general, very cozy, comfortable, modern, warm and clean!
