The apartment was better than we expected by many ways. The whole wall towards the sea is completely glass and has two nice terraces, the location of the flat is the best in the whole building on the top floor, the furniture is very tasteful and colourful, the internet connection is very fast and both the flat and the area in San Agustin are very silent and peaceful. The landlord Carl is very friendly and service oriented.

We had a really great stay at Tres Vidas — an absolutely fantastic resort with friendly staff and all amenities close by. A massive thanks to Juan at reception for being so kind and for providing us with the best room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The ocean-view was truly stunning. We also loved all the Christmas decorations; the beautifully decorated trees made the whole place feel wonderfully festive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything is nearby: the pool, promenade, sea, and easy public transport. The buffet and restaurant offer excellent food, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a private terrace. A special thanks to Regina, the receptionist. She is the best hotel staff member I have ever met—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Wishing her all the best, and I hope to return soon!
