I think it was supposed to be a hostel, if so it was the best hostel I've ever stayed in! We had our own little double room in the eves with a private bathroom next door. Then we had use of a kitchen diner, small lounge and a balcony overlooking the river. It was a a lovely evening so we went for a short walk along the riverbank and over the quirky bridge. There were signposts to some really good riverside walks, but we didn't have time, oh well well just have to come back!

What a find! A charming and authentic Spanish village which is a world away from busy urban life! The staff were most pleasant and the food & wine on offer were delicious. I will return!

Rosa and Felix were amazing hosts, all the staff was very nice and helpful. The place is very well kept and clean, the same as the water in the pools. The Finca is just a perfect place to relax and only 2 hours from the Madrid Barajas airport. The design of apartments is stunning. If you add the surrounding bodegas of the Ribera del Duero, the Peñafiel castle and Plaza del Coso, you can have a great time there. I can't wait to come back there.

The welcome we received from the host was exceptional, she had left us a lovely cake and milk to make a drink. She visited personally to show us round and check that we had everything we needed. The view of the castle was stunning, especially floodlit. Our stay was 1 night and we very much enjoyed it.
