Fabulous apartment in Mittenwald. Huge size and very comfortable. Magnificent views from the balconies. Possibly the best apartment we've ever booked. We loved it so much. Can't wait to return to Mittenwald and Ferinhaus Werdenfels.

We stayed 3 nights and the very helpful and friendly host provided a free bus and cable car pass. We used the bus pass to travel to Garmish and Zugspitze. We used the Kranzburg chair lift and walk back to Mittenwald through the forest and Lautersee lake and waterfall. It was glorious and a wonderful way to spend a sunny afternoon. We stopped for a beer by the lake side. We ate a delicious Oxe Rump Steak and Burger meals at Grillstube in the village which was also very reasonably priced. The apartment is about 13 mins easy walk from railway station and old town and facilities. It is about 10 mins walk to the Leutascher Geisterklamm George which is well worth a visit. Brochures were available at No 38.

Everything was perfect, I liked the most the spacious and well equipped kitchen with a big dining table, easy to accomodate many people. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the appartement is functional and cosy, beds comfortable. It is located in a charming village close to nature.
