The home was beautifully furnished, neat and Tidy. The property owners greeted us on arrival and made the house feel very homely. All the little things were thought about, and our kids loved playing with the children’s toys that were available to them. The house feels like it has been recently renovated. It was the perfect location for us, visiting friends in Laupheim & visiting the city of Ulm. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic place, I fully recommend it to anyone staying in Neu-Ulm/Ulm. The room was cosy, quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. Great hosts - good communication, well-appointed newly refurbished apartment. Well supplied kitchen, lots of food goodies waiting for us on arrival. Very kindly let us park our motorcycles in their garage, after pulling their own car out and parking on the street! Obviously would stay again.

Apartment is clean and specious fitting for even two families. Overall the apartment is freshly renovated with all the necessary equipment, including potable air conditioning. The road next door didn't bother us as the traffic was close to zero. Hosts are very nice people- thank you for the great hospitality!
