This flat is superb! It comes equipped with all the amenities you could need and is furnished with top quality pieces. The inclusion of all Miele appliances adds a touch of luxury, especially the automatic coffee machine which is a real treat. Both the bed and sofa bed are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The access to a small garden is a fantastic feature, especially for those with small children—it's a safe and enjoyable space for them to play. Michaela is a super host, attentive and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I’ll definitely be back again!

Every thing in hotel was awesome. Attending staff Ms. COPPINA she was very supportive. She made us for city passess for free to visit the city. Also she supported to keep our luggage after checkout in order to give us time to visit city without carrying your luggage with you. The room and facilities was great. Breakfast was also great... I do really appreciate that basically the landlord helps us a lot, he provide the everything which we need, for instance, we need add two more beds cause we have like 5 people, and he just said it is ok, and also we found the light of the apartment is kind of dark and the landlord just move the more brighter light bulbs to us and it exactly works. So I think he is so good for these services. I recommend someone to stay here!

The apartment was perfect for us to rest. It has a wonderful small inner yard where we had lunch and morning coffee. The kitchen and the bath were spacious and contained all necessary utilities including toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, etc. The bed is very comfortable as well. The location is also superb. One minute from Konstanz Old Town, literally. And two minutes away from two Swiss boarders, if you plan to visit the neighboring state for day trips. Our special compliments for the most warm welcoming hosts who sent us video instructions during our late night arrival.
