I got room 52, which is actually a whole studio with kitchen and huge bathroom. I would like to stay there again of I need to. Bed is amazing, lighting with control, view to the street, close to shops and restaurants, kitchen with all utensils, plenty of cupboards and normal size fridge, not a bar one. Never got to speak to anyone from staff but received all the details before the time and correctly. The lift is old and a bit scary, but it works and that’s what matters. I travel a lot and do recommend!

The apartment was simply great, has everything you might need and more. Stklish and practical. Extra confy bed. If for any reason you ask for anything they promptly help you. Great staff. We asked for private parking in advance and we think the fee is reasonable and worth it. Would definitely go back there if in Ostrava.

This may be the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Interior design is wonderful and practical. A lot of storage space. Well equipped all around (TV with a lot of channels, stationary supplies, board games..), kitchen (appliances, utensils, variety of teas and coffee), bathroom (bottles of shower gel, shampoo etc). Tram stop literally at the doorstep with great connections, another stop connected to other parts of the town 3min away. Three main grocery stores within 5-10min walking distance. Train station some 20min on foot. Floor heating, radiator, AC in both rooms - with controls. Many lighting options. Apartment with code operated front door (building entrance has a normal key). Nice quiet area. Balcony with a pleasant view. There was a welcome drink and a jar of herbal water and fruit. The industrial feel of the apartment's design goes perfectly with the rest of the city.

The hosts were very friendly(communication on the phone was the wife of the couple she was speaking a little german), we met outside the house, he(sry forgot the name, was speaking english) gave us the keys and a quick roomtour, with all the necessary info. The Location was pretty quiet, parking in front of property, the rooms very nice, inventory pretty modern, clean, spacious. Backyard with grill, seating, a sandbox and a little garden for children to play. Coffe and tea were there, minibar was full, not needed but aprreciated, big shopping mall 5 minutes by foot with an supermarket that has lots of vegan stuff. Kitchen was fully equipped, only thing missing was a dishwasher, but thats not a big deal for us. One of, if not the nicest appartment I have seen in Czechia in the last few years. Will defenitely try to stay there again, when coming back to Ostrava.

Very large, very clean, modern apartment. Convenient location in the centre of town, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Very easy check in and out, use of a door code is nice. The building has an elevator. They provided us with a baby crib. Full kitchen, with everything needed to cook, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and washer. For our family, it was the perfect place. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment hotel was in a convenient location, and it was fully equipped with everything that we might need. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were really nice. The kitchen and living area were also very nice and there was plenty of space. It was a really nice place to stay.

Perfect for self catering. Central location with easy walking to supermarket ,local attractions and restaurants. The heating was amazing, and provided instant hot water. Bedrooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Beautiful decor, well maintained. Kitchen equipment more than adequate. Everything was good quality
